She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC) designation, reflecting her expertise in commercial and investment real estate. Renee currently serves as a 3-year Board Member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors and was the 2-year Chairperson of the Commercial and Investment Division (CID). She is dedicated to helping clients identify the right real estate opportunities and successfully buy, sell, or lease property.

Licensed Connecticut Real Estate Broker and Florida-licensed attorney with more than 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. John represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout Connecticut, Florida, and New England markets. John combines brokerage expertise with a legal background in contract negotiation, due diligence, and deal structuring, along with hands-on property management experience. This well-rounded perspective allows him to provide strategic guidance to clients acquiring, leasing, or disposing of commercial real estate.

Licensed real estate professional since 2004, bringing a strong background in sales, negotiation, and client service from her previous career in the food sales industry working with large manufacturing and brokerage companies. Dawn enjoys helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process with confidence while educating them about the benefits of homeownership. She also works with investors to identify strong income-producing properties and opportunities that support their long-term goals. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships with her clients and truly enjoys helping people achieve their real estate goals.
