Our Team
RENEE STEVENS
Founder and Broker/Owner of Stevens Real Estate Group, LLC, a brokerage specializing in commercial and residential real estate throughout New Haven and Middlesex Counties.
With more than 30 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing, Renee brings a strong business perspective, strategic negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to every transaction. Her expertise includes commercial property sales and leasing, investment acquisitions, property disposition, and helping business owners and investors identify opportunities that support their long-term objectives.
Currently serving a 5-Year Director on the Board of Directors of the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS® and previously served two years as Chair of its Commercial Investment Division (CID). She is a CCIM Designee, reflecting her advanced commercial real estate education, and holds the CIREC certification.
A lifelong Connecticut resident with deep roots in New Haven and Middlesex Counties, Renee brings extensive local market knowledge and established business relationships to her clients. She founded Stevens Real Estate Group with a commitment to personalized service, direct broker-level attention, and practical, results-driven representation.
DAWN SULLIVAN
Dawn brings extensive sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals to Stevens Real Estate Group.
Before beginning her real estate career, Dawn spent many successful years in the food sales industry, working with major manufacturing and brokerage companies. This experience provided a strong foundation in relationship building, customer service, and understanding the individual needs of her clients.
Dawn particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the purchasing process with patience, education, and personal attention. She believes that informed buyers make confident decisions and takes pride in helping clients understand the benefits and responsibilities of homeownership.
She also works with real estate investors, assisting them in identifying income-producing properties and opportunities aligned with their investment objectives.
Known for her approachable style and dedication to her clients, Dawn values the lasting relationships she has built throughout her career and looks forward to continuing to serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Connecticut.
JESSICA MARSHALL
Entrepreneur, real estate professional, investor, and business leader whose experience spans behavioral healthcare, business development, and commercial and residential real estate.
Founder and CEO of multiple behavioral health organizations, Jessica brings a unique understanding of business ownership, organizational growth, and the real estate needs of healthcare and human services providers. Since 2016, she has grown her behavioral health organizations into established practices serving thousands of Connecticut clients and employing more than 35 professionals.
At Stevens Real Estate Group, Jessica focuses on helping entrepreneurs, established businesses, and investors identify properties that support their operational and investment goals. Her interests and expertise include healthcare facilities, commercial acquisitions, affordable and luxury housing developments, senior living communities, mixed-use properties, and retail development.
Jessica is especially passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs and encouraging business owners to explore real estate ownership as a means of building long-term wealth and creating lasting community impact.
